The Pulse Check is a 23-question multiple-choice survey where you show us where your business sits within certain areas. For example, structure, marketing, processes, vision and mission, and so on. It’s super easy, takes around 30 minutes to complete, and there are no right or wrong answers.

As big “Konektors” ourselves, we understand the urge to just get on the phone or meet up and start talking. But, we really do need you to do The Pulse Check first. This initial assessment gives us important insights into your business, and we can’t get started on a partnership without it. Having said that, if you have an urgent issue to deal with – don’t hesitate to call us.
It’s not uncommon for a business to come to us after engaging someone else first, or doing another business health check online. Whilst there is probably some overlap between what you’ve filled in before and our own Pulse Check, it won’t be the same. We’ve strategically, carefully put The Pulse Check together so we can get the information we specifically need to go deep into your business. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Aside from giving you insights into your business, the Pulse Check is also a qualifier. So yes, it is possible that we won’t end up working together. This is because we’re extremely intentional in who we work with; it’s how we ensure success for those that we do take on.
If we’re not going to be a good fit, we’ll explain why in our quick phone call. Additionally, we understand that you’ve come to us because your business needs support, so we’ll never just leave you high and dry. We’ll be able to refer you to someone else who is a great fit. Either way, The Pulse Check will get you to where you need to go.
The Pulse Check should be done by the business owner or someone in a leadership or investor position. For example, an owner-operator, senior manager, CEO, and so on. If you would like more than one person in your business to do the Pulse Check, give us a call.
The Pulse Check is a preliminary assessment that gives us an overview of your business and provides you with targeted big picture recommendations. It’s a broad overview. The Deep Dive is a conversation to work through those ideas in more detail.
